As a starting point, this role will provide a unique and challenging cradle-to-grave product marketing experience with team lead responsibility which include:
• Develop and manage B2C marketing campaigns for all EasyPark markets in collaboration with local teams to ensure growth in line with our business goals
• Take charge of on-going campaign and the optimization of them on all digital media advertising with support from inhouse graphic creatives and external digital agencies
• Define and implement the desired customer interactive experience across paid channels (offline media, Social Media, referral etc.)
• Managing the planning, strategy and execution of how new features are released to the network of users
• The monitoring and interpretation of the trends in real time user behavior data and the identification of actions to leverage or optimize business results
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the market and ultimately drives demand in line with the brand guidelines, acting on the arenas defines as relevant for the sweet spot from time to time
• Communicate a market position that is differentiated, clear, defensible and monetizable in the arenas defined in the market communication strategy
• Execute on the segment specific go-to-market plan, working with any and all required departments necessary to reach goal achievement
• Work with web product owner to maintain the website and ensure it is up-to-date with new work, insight and stories.
• Proactively promote the organisation on all available social media platforms, including Twitter and LinkedIn.
• Work with SEO company to ensure our website is fully optimised sites to yield highest possible customer enquiries.
• Design and develop assets such as campaign landing pages and pay-per-click campaigns.
• Contribute to the development of marketing copy and assets for the website, social channels, presentations and print.
• Report on website, social and campaign performance, collecting insight to help the team optimise and improve the success of future campaigns.
• Assist with the organising of marketing events
• Work with business development managers, account managers and creative team to prepare pitches/presentations and proposals.
KPIs (key objectives/targets as part of this role):
• Brand awareness and brand attribute
• Volume acquisition in terms of 1st use
• User retention
• Cost per acquisition

Skills:
• Highly analytical and ability make sense of real time user data to derive actionable insight
• A digital marketer is highly desirable who has an eye for analytics and strategies, but is above all a doer with a thirst for result and a will to try new ways to succeed
• Consumer insight & project management skill preferred
• Fluent command of English is a must
• Native or good conduct of one or more of EasyPark market language is a big plus: Scandinavian languages, Italian, German or Spanish
• Professional content writing preferred
• Web content management preferred
• Social media management preferred
• TV, content, digital and social media.preferred
Required experience:
• minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing preferred
• 1-2 years digital marketing or PR/social media experience is a big plus
• field sales or field sales support preferred
Starting date: November
This role is a 6 months parental leave cover position with possibilityofextension.
