We currently serve 25+ utilities with our cutting-edge SaaS service, energy analytics, and white-label mobile apps, and our ambitious goal is to reach hundreds of millions of end-customers in the coming years.

As we embark on this exciting growth journey, we're seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in developing and executing product marketing strategies, shaping our brand's narrative, and ensuring that our products meet and exceed customer expectations. You will have your foundation in the product teams but work closely both with sales and marketing. The role is based in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Positioning: Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audience, highlighting unique value propositions.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Create and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches, including defining target markets, pricing strategies, and distribution channels.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights, using data to drive decision-making.
Content Creation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing collateral, including product documentation, website content, blog posts, and more.
Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the tools and training needed to effectively communicate product benefits and drive sales growth.
Campaign Management: Collaborate with the Marketing team to launch new products
Analytics and Metrics: Utilize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and enhancements.
Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry competitors and market dynamics, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Product, Business, or a related field..
5+ years of proven experience in product marketing, with a track record of successful product launches.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric messaging.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as data analysis tools.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
