Getinge Infection Control – a part of Getinge Group, with 36 subsidiaries on six continents and over 230 distributors and partner companies provides solutions for infection control and contamination prevention.
We are now recruiting a Product Marketing Manager to be responsible for sterilizers sold in to the Healthcare segment.
The position
In this role you will be responsible for driving product growth by analyzing product KPI:s and profitability. You will run pre-studies and drive requirement specifications into sterilization R&D projects. Further, you will be responsible for new product launches and to support sales companies with product knowledge.
In this position you will become a part of a relatively recently established team that is still in a build-up phase. It therefore offers you a great opportunity to influence the strategy and development of the team and the product area!
The location can be Getinge or any of our sales units around the world.
Global travel is estimated to approximately 30 %.
The ideal candidate
As ideal for the position you have a minimum of five years’ experience of product management with a strong commercial focus. Experience from the med-tech industry is an advantage, but not a requirement. You have a University degree in Business Economics or Engineering and have excellent written and presentational skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial. We also see that you have a large technical interest and understanding, and that you enjoy working with numbers.
In this role you will play an important role in building up and forming a new team. We therefore expect you to be a great team-player who likes to motivate and inspire your co-workers. We also expect you to be driven, people-oriented and have a strong ability to multi-task, since the job role involves working in parallel with several different activities and stakeholders.
