The role
As a Product Marketing Manager at Normative, you will be responsible for our core product positioning and messaging. You will articulate and communicate the product's value to the market through different channels. You will do this in close collaboration with our product managers as well as our marketing and sales teams. We think you are a strategic, creative and passionate person who is able to both define strategies as well as execute on them.
We are just in the beginning of our exciting journey and you will be trusted with defining and leading the processes for this role. You will be joining a small team that we are looking to grow in the near future.
What you will do:
Develop compelling product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product expertise
Execute product launch strategy with a cross-functional team; develop objectives and success metrics for the introduction of new offerings.
Stay up to date with industry trends and create compelling narratives around new product features and their potential impact in the news cycle.
Lead the creation of compelling content in webinars, presentations, and email campaigns.

You're a creative product thinker who loves collaborating across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to turn insights into a clear and convincing product narrative that inspire
You have experience working with software products from kick-off to ship
You can craft impactful narratives and determine our positioning on the market and sets of key messages that resonate with our customers.
You can translate our positioning, product developments and messaging into concrete marketing efforts

Location:
We operate with a hybrid remote model with an office in Stockholm. This means you can be based anywhere but you are expected to travel, in a climate friendly way, to meet at our office about 1 time per month (this is of course when we are again able to travel and meet safely). Therefore we believe you are either in Sweden or in the Nordics.
