• Lead the planning, tracking and execution of commercial launch projects
• Drive the excitement and manage the Commercial Launch Kick off brief to touchpoint owners, content team, agencies, etc.
• Participate and act as marketing's primary advocate and point of contact on cross-functional projects with product development teams and R&D teams, ensuring full alignment on execution through joint product develop commercial launch milestones
• Drive internal launches of key initiatives to drive understanding and excitement
• Lead the synced work and cooperation with various internal commercial teams to ensure brands care platforms leverage, local implementation of campaigns, implementation and optimization of strategic partnerships, right prioritization and alignment tracking and setting KPIs, etc.
• Drive and support business critical projects, e.g. continuous improvement projects, etc.

Minimum requirements
• Preferred Degree in Marketing/Business
• 3-5 years of professional experience in consumer driven companies on product, marketing or business development; ideally coming from consumer marketing background
• Experience in working within international and multicultural teams in a matrix environment
• Great project management skills
• It's a plus if you are coming from a purpose driven organization, ideally around sustainability or fashion
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus

In this role you will work in close collaboration with the Product Category teams, the Marketing Activation team, Trade Marketing, and Sales to develop strong go-to-market plans that are relevant and appealing to consumers and clearly position our products through the experiences they unlock.
