Our Product Manager for the 3000 range will be on parental leave and we are looking for a person that is interested to take that role during a 9 month period. This is a great opportunity for you who are interested in working on the Marketing side and with the interesting tasks that a Product Manager have. In your role as Product Manager you will manage the 3000 product portfolio and related accessories. You will maintain the product portfolio and support the sales organization in their daily work to secure growth.
We are looking for an internal candidate in first hand and you can have a background from the technical side with interest in marketing or you might already have experience from marketing/sales.
The responsibility that a PM has and that you will be involved in during this period is:
* Marketing support to the CT's
* Conduct product and sales training for our sales organization
* Set market prices for new products and product features
* Follow up sales and consolidated margin
* Launch new product versions within the existing product portfolio.
* Participate in product development/ Business development/ launching projects.
* Keep the product related marketing material updated including the product web sites.
* Monitor the product portfolio of our competitors.
* Be the link to the R&D department concerning the assortment
* Contribute in an active way in the development of the plans for the market segment
* Contribute and assure that the Growth Center as a whole operates efficiently and effectively internally as well as in relation to all other parts of the Value centre to optimize results.
Qualifications
You have a Master of Science or similar education. Experience from Xylem products, either from the technical side or from the marketing/sales side. You are good in communication and good knowledge in English both spoken and written.
