We are now searching for a structured, self-driven and enterprising person to make a difference as a product manager within Financial Markets.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
As a Product Manager in the Product Development & Governance team, you will be a part of the product ownership organization within Financial Markets. Your main areas of responsibility will be 1) Product Development & Analysis, 2) Strategic Planning & Coordination and 3) Product Governance and Regulatory Compliance. Within these areas of responsibility, you will be:
• Setting product development requirements in collaboration with product owners
• Change management - Drive and follow-up on product development activities together with relevant business stakeholders and the Value Streams
• Setting product strategies and roadmaps together with product owners and ensuring alignment to strategic frameworks
• Establishing product governance routines and ensuring compliance with product governance policies for our products
• Manage and develop trade lifecycle processes by ensuring controls to mitigate identified risks and updated processes and documentation
• Manage and coordinate internal & external reviews, surveys, and audits related to Financial Markets products & processes
What is needed in this role:
• Previous experience from working as a management consultant, business analyst or similar within Capital Markets
• Relevant university degree, MSc or similar in engineering, finance, economics, or business
• Good understanding of Financial Markets products, i.e., Fixed Income, Credits, FX, and Equities
• Good understanding of regulations applied to Financial Markets products, e.g., MIFID 2
• Analytic, structured, and self-driven personality
• Stakeholder management skills and change management skills
• High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
