Setting the global standard for Voice Rehabilitation
As Product Manager for Voice Rehabilitation you will lead the category and be responsible for:
• Lead the development of new initiatives within the Voice Rehabilitation area
• Drive global campaign development together with the Brand Activation Team and the core markets through the Core Commercialization Team
Drive and own the Voice Rehabilitation Roadmap and product development in close collaboration with R&D and Clinical
• Drive global marketing initiatives, by working closely with our marketing managers in the subsidiaries
Your competencies:
• You are a top-notch marketeer, who are up-to-date on the newest and most impactful marketing trends, and you know how to master them both strategically and operationally
• You are able to successfully develop holistic both product and non-product marketing initiatives and toolboxes across several channels
• You are able to successfully bring people on many locations with you and drive engagement and enthusiasm for your brands
• You connect customer insights into the product development process
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
• You have solid analytical skills
Your experience:
• 5+ years of business experience within Global/Strategic Marketing
• Master's degree in Economics or Marketing
• Proven track record with development and execution of global and/or local marketing initiatives, ideally a track record of strong product launches
• Experience within Health Care is a clear advantage
• Experience within product development is an advantage?
• Experience from working in a sales subsidiary is an advantage
Your personal characteristics:
As a person you are a natural marketeer; you are furthermore an ambitious, creative, collaborative team player, strong values and a positive can-do attitude.
You are at the same time business-oriented with strong analytical skills, and structured with a good overview and sense for details.
The job is located at our HQ in Malmö. Salary and benefits will be according to skills and experience. 20-30 travel days per year is expected.
You will report to the Vice President of Global Marketing.
