Product Manager Vehicle Operations
As Product Manager Vehicle Operations, you will be a key contributor in the team with your ability to transform business needs into technical solutions. You will support the team in achieving operational efficiency by aligning across different functions, support in business and process improvement projects to transform the business and ensure that we can deliver on our customer promise. You are business driven with a holistic mindset, a great team player with strong leadership skills. You have the ability to bridge and create mutual understanding cross functionally, as well as confident in presenting business cases, propositions and recommendations on all levels.
What you'll do
• Translate business needs and strategies into feasible and scalable tech solutions that are broken down into actual technical requirements.
• Support and work close with the entire Vehicle Operations team in defining business needs, project, and process improvements as well as prioritizing and translate that into a roadmap.
• Lead and coach the Vehicle Operations team, collaborate with other stakeholders in the Vehicle Operations tech team as well as other tech teams' company wide.
What you would bring
• A university degree in engineering/information technology/business/supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and communicational skills, with the ability to handle a dynamic environment.
• You can clearly communicate your strategies and findings concisely in order to get your point across.
• You are experienced in creating business cases and project plans.
• The ability to, and experience in translating business needs to technical solutions and requirements.
• Fluent in English.
You will be based in Gothenburg, but since you will work cross functionally across all sub departments and different markets, some occasional traveling might be required. You will report to the Head of Vehicle Operations Tech.
