About the role
In the role of Product Manager, you will have a central function in driving sales and marketing activities for AV products forward. AV stands for "Audio Video" and concerns the audio device product segment. The overall purpose of the role is to maintain strong brand equity within the product category, by creating engagement and maximizing short- and long-term sales revenue and profits.

Tasks
In the role of Product Manager, you will act as a coordinating force and be the spider in the web. You will have many contact areas to ensure and be responsible for ensuring that both sales and marketing initiatives are driven forward in a strategic and well-thought-out way. You will act as a product spokesperson on a Nordic level and therefore need to be comfortable with giving presentations.
More concretely, you will, for example:
• Develop and be responsible for campaigns at product launches and launch plans for new models and products
• Analyze sales and market figures as well as manage and develop product strategy and propose business plans
• Identify and develop an optimal product range based on target group analyses, market trends and market research

We are looking for you who
In the role, you are required to have a strong analytical ability and knowledge of sales data. Furthermore, you possess a business acumen, and where you are thriving in a rapidly changing, innovative and professional environment.
• A couple of years of experience in product management from the relevant industry, preferably consumer products
• Completed upper secondary education, it is a plus if you have a post-secondary education in the relevant field, such as marketing
• Documented experience in building brand position and sales, preferably in technology, consumer electronics or premium segments
• Excellent presentation skills and experience working with MS Office, Excel and PPT
• Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing. This is because it is required in the daily work and in communication with both internal and external parties.

• Location: Kista, Stockholm. You are expected to work from the office at least 3 days a week.
