hela Sverige ROCKWOOL Scandinavia - a part of the ROCKWOOL Group - is looking for a new Product Manager, who can develop and strengthen our product management function within roof insulation in the Nordic markets.

This is the role
We are looking for a person who wants to be part of setting the agenda and developing the next generation of insulation solutions. You need to possess energy, be ambitious and have a passion for developing great solutions to different customers within the building industry.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for our new Product Manager for Roof Insulation are:
• Set the strategic direction for the category together with Sales & Marketing
• Develop new solutions based on market and customer insights
• Maintain life cycle management of the current portfolio of products
• Foster positive and close collaboration between Production, R&D and Sales & Marketing
• Engage in internal support for colleagues and give input to digital systems
• Act as focal point for external forums, associations and standardization institutions
This is what you offer
We are looking for a person, who possesses the following:
• 3-5 years of experience with similar duties and responsibilities
• A master's degree in marketing, construction or related educations
• Analytical, structured and good project manager for own area
• Independent, energetic and result oriented
• Openness to others and a good team player
• Good English skills - written and verbal
• International oriented with cultural understanding and sees travel as an exciting part of the job
The position reports to the Marketing & Communications Director of ROCKWOOL Scandinavia and is one of four product categories. The geographical area of responsibility means that you should expect some traveling within the Nordic and occasional some European countries.
