As our Distribution Product Manager Construction North, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and success for the company, building sustainable and productive customer relationships with existing and new clients and principals. YOU WILL
You will work in a commercial environment as a technical expert, responsible for the distribution portfolio of specialty chemicals within key markets such as Construction and Paint, Coatings, Adhesives & Sealants. You will be part of our international Product Management team in Europe and be responsible for the Nordic market.
The role involves utilizing your knowledge of current trends, competition, and profitability to maintain and develop a multinational principal portfolio capable of achieving desired growth and margins. This includes identifying and assessing new opportunities, assisting the Sales team on a regional leveland actively maintaining and developing principal portfolios. You will be the key contact for your responsible principal stakeholders, meeting and reporting to these on a regular basis to assure mutual business growth. Additionally, you play a crucial role in providing sales support to your colleagues through activities such as pricing strategy, monitoring business performance and margins, and offering guidance on product promotions. Further you will:
Develop and maintain sustainable and profitable business
Drive sales growth together with the Sales Team by visiting existing and new key customers on a regular basis
Actively ensure that the products meet client's requirements / expectations and provide support on product development and other technical issues, together with the support of the principals
Organize and lead product trainings for new and existing principals as required
Have responsible for purchasing of your products, control stock situation - optimizing availability and inventory turnover
YOU ARE
We expect you to have a strong personal drive and that you are self-disciplined and highly motivated for the role. You need to have a high level of business acumen and to be a result driven with a "can-do-attitude". Your communication skills are excellent, and you are able to develop and deliver concise and effective presentations. You are eager to visit key accounts and you have a strong sales drive and are thrilled by delivering growth.
You have a University Degree in Chemicals and knowledge in chemical processes in order to give excellent support to all stakeholders involved. You have several years of experience within the chemical-technical industry, for example in a role as a Sales Manager, Product Manager, Business Developer or Application Technologist.
