Job Description
At H&M Move Women the main product groups are tights and tops & bras. As a Product Manager your mission is to create meaningful growth and profitability. You are accountable to set the short- and long-term strategy for your department that will enable our customers to look and feel good. As a Product Manager you will lead the Product Teams ensuring strong collaboration, way of working and customer focus- with the goal to drive assortment development and future growth. Most importantly, you act as a strong and independent leader, working close with teams from assortment, marketing and sales and other stakeholders to inspire new ways to develop the best offer for our customers.
Qualifications
Degree within textile, buying, business or similar
Previous experience from a Product Manager role or similar, and extensive experience from product development.
Proven track record of creating strong assortment
A strong passion and knowledge for fashion and sports
A strong leader with great communication skills
Have a strong salesmanship and result oriented
Have a broad experience of materials and trims
Have a great analytic skill and the courage to make decisions
Additional Information
This is a full time position with starting date 1st of June , with placement in Stockholm.
