Tetra Top® was launched in 1985 and is today a global system with 194 installations in more than 50 countries. Over the last years the system has been very successful and is today in a very expansive phase growing around 10% per year. The success of Tetra Top® is expected to continue through further market penetration and launches of new exciting products.
You will be a part of the Product Management Carton Bottle team, whose main role is to support the sales teams, setting the requirements for new product development, and defining the growth strategy for the products in a dedicated area in the world
Main responsibilities
• Actively work with sales of new and present portfolio, together with the markets and clusters, to the customers
• Lead portfolio training to customers and colleagues in a selected cluster
• Understanding & prioritization of value chain needs and translating them into requirements for development projects
• Support the development projects and lead the launch of the new products
• Identify & implement product pruning
• Participate and define the product strategy for each cluster
The position includes a profit & loss responsibility for the cluster, and reports directly to Product Director, Tetra Top
Qualifications
We think you are a person who has a proven track record and can describe clearly his or her responsibility and role in those situations.
You are driven, structured and have the ability to easily create credibility and commitment across functions. In the eyes of the customer you're an excellent listener and inspiring communicator with a great service mind. You are cultural sensitive and able to build long term relationships. You have great communication skills, both written and verbal. The person will be part of a fun & energetic team that with passion and pride drives the sales of Tetra Top®.
We think you have worked 5 years or more within the commercial or technical area combined with commercial experience. Experience from Product Management is a benefit, whilst experience from dealing with customers is a must. You have a Master of Science degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or equivalent. You excel at both written and spoken English. You will be based in Lund and travel approx 20% of your time.
