General Solutions, 9540, offers resources and deliveries within support, maintenance and development for applications, products and services, including the business administration area. The Business Administration part within GS is the non SAP part. General Applications consist of solutions that are not related to a specific process.
One of the groups in General Solutions is 9542 - Document and License Management. The group is delivering Document Management Services and License Management to the Volvo Group and external customers such as The City of Stockholm (Stockholm Stad) and Volvo Cars Corp. (VCC). The group consists entirely of products focusing on different deliveries.
Product Manager
We are now looking for a skilled professional to take on the role of Product Manager for the TDM product (Total Document Management). TDM delivers Application Operation, Application Support, Maintenance and Enhancement for 40 applications and services. From time to time we also develop new solutions. TDM is a large and global team consisting of many different roles.
Main responsibilities:
• Management of the team's deliveries (together with Chief Architect, Maintenance Assignment Leaders and Project Managers)
• Workload and competence management for team members (together with Line Managers)
• Product financials (invoicing, budgets, forecasts, follow-ups, pricing models, cost management etc.)
• Relations and agreements with internal/external suppliers
• Relations and agreements with internal/external customers
• Continuous improvement of team processes and routines
• DMC memberships and Chairmanships (as delegated from Solution Unit/Line Management)
• Active cooperation with Solution Unit to ensure the delivery is in line with strategy
This position requires:

• fluent in Swedish and English
