hela Sverige For Sales Region Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) we are now looking for a Product Manager with the responsibility to manage the Services & Solutions offering towards a number of assigned markets. You will be a part of a team of 6 Product Managers with similar responsibilities that together develop the Services & Solutions business in the Sales Region.
The team is currently focusing on Services & Solutions that will maximize the machines availability for production (Uptime Services) and their efficiency when in production (Efficiency Services). We do so by helping our dealerships implement, sell, manage and support the Services & Solutions we have in our portfolio today, but also by building knowledge on what they and our customers need in the future.
The current portfolio of Services & Solutions is very broad, it includes everything from maintenance and repair agreements to telematics based services where information remotely retrieved from machines in production is turned in to services. That helps customers and VCE dealerships run more efficient, have reliable operations and develop their businesses. The future provides even more opportunities and exciting challenges as there is a strong focus to develop this part of the business.
Our machines are becoming more embedded with sensors and are gaining the ability to communicate. The resulting information networks and large amount of intelligence will allow us to deliver new business models, improved business processes, and increased productivity to our dealers and construction customers. As a result that generates operator guidance, automation and management information that increases machine uptime and productivity.
Main responsibilities
• Initiate and drive activities to reach the targets defined for the portfolio of offerings for the assigned markets
• Roll out and implementation of Services & Solutions offering to assigned markets
• Support Volvo Construction Equipment dealers on continuous improvement on how to efficiently sell, deliver and manage the Services & Solutions offerings in their markets
• Support Volvo Construction Equipment dealers with tools and processes to increase internal efficiency
• Monitor and understand the market for Services & Solutions including trends, threats, opportunities and competitor offerings
• Ensure continuous competence development for internal stakeholders as well as Volvo Construction Equipment dealers for the Services & Solutions offering by providing coaching as well as training

Required knowledge and experience
• Engineering or marketing University degree
• Experience working with service implementation and sales
• Experience with marketing and sales internationally
• Experience from Telematics is beneficial
• Understanding and experience of customer or dealer operations in the Construction Equipment industry or other business to business industries
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages would be an advantage
