Due to a reorganisation, we are now recruiting for a Product Manager for Services in our Marketing department.

More specifically you will be responsible for:
Cochlear BAS global customer experience program.
Developing and implementing the company's service offering for both professional customers and end users.
Increasing the numbers of customers opting in to our engagement program.
Leading and managing development and implementation of digital solutions to make life with our implantable solutions easy.
Manage market insight to drive future development of our entire portfolio.
In this role you will help Cochlear to realise its mission by constantly improving the user experience of our products to make it easy both for clinics and end users to choose Cochlear.

As we grow our bone conduction solutions business, we are looking for people with highly specialised skills and capabilities who share our passion for delivering quality hearing solutions to our customers.

As a regulated company, Cochlear has a responsibility to hire people with the right skills and qualifications to do the work.

To add value to Cochlear in this role you'll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Track record in developing and managing B2B and/or B2C services in an international company.
Experience from developing customer loyalty programs and/or service offering to end users and professional partners.
Experience in analysing market intelligence data and performing marketing research will be regarded as a merit.
Relevant degree within marketing is desirable. Other relevant degrees (e.g. health sciences) with experience in marketing or service development is acceptable.
Experience from working in a global company.
High-level written and communication skills in English.
The ability to solve problems and collaborate to get work done that delivers benefit to Cochlear's customers.
