Product Manager Services, Product Planning Marine

Volvo Penta is targeting to enhance our customer experience through world class services for our marine commercial and leisure customers.
We're seeking a Product Manager Services in Göteborg, Sweden to be the customers voice on our journey towards being a marine service provider.

Your new job
Volvo Penta is a system supplier of power solutions from helm to propeller including easy boating electronics. We deliver a seamless experience with superior maneuverability and are expanding into new areas including both new technologies and services.
Our secret to succeeding in developing services the customers ask for, as well as the once they don't yet know they need, is to understand and know the customer as well as to understand how the end user uses the boat. This is where you come in!
As product manager services, you will be responsible for specifying the requirements that has to be met to make our service offer the obvious choice for customers, dealers and end users. You will identify possibility of servitization of current offer as well as new services to drive business. You will develop our way of gathering customer requirements and together with peers also our way of developing services.
Your contribution
Customer success is a leading star for Volvo Group and in this role the opportunity to contribute is obvious. You understand the core of customer success and reflect upon solutions and decisions from different angles and perspectives to find the best possible solution for the customer.

You do have previous experience from service development and market interaction and preferably a strong track record in strategical work.
