hela Sverige Saab Training & Simulation is the leading provider of high fidelity training solutions for Live Simulation in the land domain. We are now continuing strengthen our capabilities within product management to grow our business and extend our strong market position.
Your role
We are now in need of strengthening our current Live product managers. As a Product Manager, you will develop our capabilities to meet current and future customer needs. You will work close together with experienced colleagues on the Product Management and Engineering department as well as from the Marketing and Sales department. Primarily you will support our Excon and Communication product areas. Another important task is to be part of concept investigations for future product offerings.
Your profile
You like working close to market translating customer needs and requirements to system solutions and communicate them both externally as well as internally. You have a general interest in technology trends and want to know how we can implement these technologies in our product capabilities. You are business minded and have a genuine interest for generating business on your products in the Training & Simulation portfolio. You have a strong drive and confidence in yourself enabling you to lead other people towards common objectives.
Preferred qualifications
* Strong business skills
* Communicative with good people skills
* Strong analytic capability
* Fluent in both written and spoken English
* Experience from communications systems
This is a full-time position based at our offices in Huskvarna.
This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
What you will be part of
You will be part of the Programs & Product Management departments at our head quarter in Huskvarna, Sweden. These departments consist of 40 employees of which Product management department today has 14 employees (Product owners and Product managers) and has the overall responsibility of T&S global product portfolio.
