Restylane is one of our largest brand and comprises three product areas: Restylane fillers, Restylane skinboosters and Restylane skincare. Restylane skincare is a range of high-quality topical skincare products, working as a complement to the injectable products in the portfolio and sold exclusively through clinics. We are now looking for a Product Manager for Restylane skincare. The person will report to the Head of Skin Rejuvenation. The service is a full-time position based in Uppsala with about 20% of travel.
About the role
You will be responsible for managing and developing Restylane skincare and in particular:
• Work together with the brand teams to position Restylane skincare as a strong complement to the injectable portfolio.
• Responsible for training and introducing Restylane skincare in new markets
• Gather and communicate best practice in terms of market activities
• Responsible for marketing and training material development
• Develop the global strategic plan to reach the company overall targets
• Collect and analyze market data and propose actions such as product development based on findings
• Work cross-functionally with the R&D, regulatory and medical affairs, market research, manufacturing and commercial teams.
• Co-operate very closely with our affiliates / distributors and regional centers in Europe, Latin America and Asia
• Manage interactions with key customers (physicians) and support congress preparation
About you
• You have a university degree in science, business or a similar education level.
• You have 3-5 years experience from marketing and/or sales.
• You bring experience from the cosmetic/skincare markets. Experience from the pharmaceutical and/or aesthetic industry is a plus.
• You have good project management skills from planning to implementation and know how align functions and countries together to support initiatives
• You are a strong communicator and influencer and you are used to collaborate with global/international marketing and sales teams.
• You speak / write English fluently and relate well with people from different backgrounds.
