Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter:
Our System team is expanding its horizons and areas of responsibilities and we are just about to start the work of identifying and developing the next 2D/3D vision system within the area of Quality Control Systems.
We develop vision systems for both Factory Automation and Logistics Automation industry. Our customers are present worldwide and use our systems for automation tasks in a variety of processing industries like Automotive, Consumer Goods and Electronics. System applications stretch from food & beverage quality control inspection to random bin-picking within Automotive. Our team in Linköping has the responsibility within the global SICK group for both Quality Control systems and Object Localization systems.
We are looking for a Product Manager that will drive the task to identify, plan, specify and release our next Quality Control 2D/3D vision system. You will also be responsible for our existing 3D Quality Control Systems. As a Product Manager in the CSCSYS team you will work on a global market with international contacts. Your task is to ensure that we secure and grow business with systems in the area of Quality Control applications.
As a Product Manager, you have PnL responsibility for your systems and you set the direction for the system portfolio development. You bring refined market and customer needs to our R&D organization and in our agile development projects you manage the product requirements. You prepare the market launch and in cooperation with our global sales organization you ensure the system's success throughout its lifecycle.

Din Profil:
You have high technical interest as well as a clear business mindset. You have experience from B2B product management and marketing for products for industrial usage. You feel comfortable in all areas of business development, including market intelligence and business case formulation. You have experience of product ownership in agile development projects and you are able to discuss and prioritize technical requirements and define specifications. Previous experiences from working with high-tech products for industrial usage or competence in machine vision is a merit.
As a person you are self-driven and social with strong communication skills. You are energetic, assertive and well organized. You have a genuine interest in understanding the customer and market needs and you strive continuously to be responsive and creative to gain customer satisfaction.
As Product Manager you will work in close cooperation with both international customers and with the SICK sales organization around the world. An ability and wish for frequent international travels is therefore essential. Excellent English skills are required as well as strong social and intercultural competences
