What You'll Do
You will manage the Qualification Services portfolio (Product Center 85). Key stakeholders are Qualification Services Ops team, sales regions and customers.
You are responsible for supporting the sales teams with the sales of all products in the portfolio. Support all aspects of the product life cycle starting with the detailed planning phase (in development) until the product is terminated. Maximizing the company profit over the products entire life cycle, lead contract profitability actions. Drive growth, price gain, contract capture rate and point of sales. Constantly monitor industry trends, customer behavior to make sure that the Qualification products are up to date and respond to the customer needs. Support the commercial input to the product development process once the product definition is approved. Identify target markets for offerings. Support compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and commercial change process. Train sales teams and regions in regards of the portfolio.
Locations for this opening are in EMEA and USCAN. You can work remote or at of the Cytiva sites in these regions. (not limited to the list of regions below)
Who you are
BS/BA degree in Science or Business/Marketing
Ability to work independently and constructively in a global matrix environment.
Presentation Experience/Strong Presentation Skills
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office/Outlook
Self-motivated and well organized
Ability to work effectively independently and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of how revenues, COGS and Margins affect the performance of a product line.
Ability to process map-out solutions for obstacles encountered.
Desired qualification:
>3 years' experience with Validation/Qualification products for the life sciences business
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Strong analytical and process skills
Strong project management skills
Change agent with energy, passion & enthusiasm to drive change
Down to earth professional who excels in team environment.
