The position
Cambio is expanding and is now looking for a Product Manager for the Professional Services area. This includes all advisory types of services in Cambio, e.g. business development, training and support. With a firm anchoring in market trends and customer value, the Product Manager is responsible for all aspects of the Professional Services area, including the strategy and related competitive situation, the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility, gathering and prioritizing of product requirements, planning and execution throughout the services lifecycle. This means working closely across all organizational functions to ensure the delivery on the product related KPIs, including customer satisfaction, financial ambition and the roadmap. The Product Manager's role also includes ensuring that the Professional Services area is tightly linked to the company's overall strategy and goals.

About you
To be comfortable in this role you should be a person who demonstrates ownership of the full Cambio Professional Services offering. Since our focus on Professional Services are new to Cambio, it is expected that you continuously gather and analyze critical information about the market, the opportunity, competitors, users, customers, prospects etc
You are used to consume financial information to analyze and optimize revenue, pricing, and contribution margins for the Professional Services area. Furthermore, you have solid experience of working with complex tasks, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. You have experience of supporting strategic sales cases and are well versed in networking with key contacts internally and externally.
Requirements
• 10+ years experience from software and/or professional services product management for a larger organization
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to comprehend the business context and market opportunities that drive the building of a product.
• Experience from product P&L ownership and business case development
• Ability to build strong relationships with 3rd party companies, to gain in-depth understanding of customers problems and needs.
• Excellent communication skills, presentation and speaking skills
• Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken
• Master degree or equivalent work or education experience
It's a bonus if you have:
• Experience from consultancy business
• Experience from healthcare/health-tech

Scope: Full time
Form of employment: Permanent employment, 6 months trial period
