Category Prepared Food within Business Unit Liquid Food in Tetra Pak is looking for a Product Manager for our heating products and food processor. Our role within Tetra Pak is to bring optimal processing solutions to the continuously growing global prepared food market.
As a Product Manager, you will take on the global responsibility for product deployment, improvements and maintenance of the products covering the entire product life cycle. It is a challenging position in a highly-qualified team in an international environment with close contacts with our global sales organisation. You will be offered an autonomous role in a rapidly expanding business area and a wide global network.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Main responsibilities
• Own product specifications and manage the products during its entire life cycle
• Drive growth of sales volumes together with sales organisation through deployment of products and related applications.
• Support and educate our organisation on the products and related applications
• Analyse and conclude current and future industry requirements.
• Review, update the product vision and roadmap
• Drive product maintenance and improvement projects and activities together with the product team to secure profitability
Qualifications
You have a strong drive for results. You are highly motivated by the challenge of entering new fields through deployment of products and applications.
Your communication and collaboration skills are excellent; you have the ability to build trust on different levels, listening as well as influencing. Your business and technical understanding and structured mindset will be big assets in this role, enabling you to understand the market and prioritise.
You have a university degree or equivalent and approx. 5 years' experience from food production. A strong advantage is your experience from product deployments and food technology knowledge. Preferably you have product management experience, or you want to enter the area from your current sales or technical role.
Your English skills are excellent, written as well as spoken.
