Job Specification
As a Product Manager you act as the interface between Business and PLM. You are representing and providing the business angle within PLM Solutions regarding the applications and its functionality and availability for both development and maintenance.
In projects you will work with business reference team to define Business Use Cases to be delivered in the project and getting business requirements defined and documented. During User Acceptance tests you sign off the delivery together with Business reference team.
Your mission
You drive customer satisfaction for the PLM system by continuous dialogue around PLM related processes, methods and improvements of the system. You also represent the customers internally within the PLM organization.
As a Product Manager you have the responsibility for a specific function within Epiroc, eg R&D, Operations and Service, this position is related to Service.
PLM is defined as all software and processes related to digital handling of products.
Your profile
Over all good Business process understanding from heavy machinery industry, preferably with focus on aftermarket and service. Epiroc experience is a bonus.
You have experience from how PLM can support and improve the business process and a genuine interest to make it as efficient as possible and continuously work with changes that improves our users daily work life.
You are a good communicator that can catch the business requirements and needs and translate those to "PLM Language" and in dialogue with both business and Solution Architects negotiate the best solution for implementation
keeping business efficiency and system maintainability in mind.
As a person, you 're well organized with a good structure and a strong personal drive. You have a good communicative skills, both written and oral. You enjoy collaboration and set the team efforts first.
You are also comfortable in working in agile teams and you are fluent and professional in English and preferably Swedish. You have University degree in relevant field or similar through experience and minimum 2-5 years working experience is required.
