We are thrilled to announce this exciting Product Manager (Product Owner) role within our API Gateways & Platforms product team - where you will be able to create great value by contributing with your own innovative ideas and experiences. API Gateways & Platforms is within the API & Event Integration area with the mission to "Empower and Enable product teams to deliver integration solutions with zero-friction environment". You will be responsible for the H&M API management platform that is today the key platform that serves over 250+ product teams in a multi-cloud environment.
What you will do
In your role as a Product Manager you will be responsible for building the team with the competences needed to reach your objectives. To do this, you will lead a cross-functional, multi-competence product team in close collaboration with key stakeholders, always keeping customers at the heart of our focus.
You will define the strategic vision for your team and create the product roadmap based on a deep understanding of the market / industry, insights & data on your customers, and input from stakeholders across the company. You and a Scrum Master will lead a team of engineers to execute and deliver value. Furthermore, you will also set objectives & key results that your product will drive towards. You will also identify, build, and manage strategic partnerships across products, working to manage dependencies. Some of your daily work includes:
Take end-to-end ownership of the product with ultimate accountability for stakeholder value delivered
Set ambitious and clear product mission and OKRs and translate these into a prioritized roadmap and team backlog that drive agreed KPIs
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the developments of integration principles and integration solutions
Define MVPs, manage product backlog priorities, and strategically de-scope to achieve rapid feedback cycles
Monitor and manage financial impact of decisions and priorities of the product team
Who you are

You are truly a "doer", willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward and deliver exceptional customer and business results. We also believe you have:
Experience of working hands-on with API management platforms, as well as deep knowledge of APIs and Event driven Architecture on a large scale in an Enterprise
Knowledge of integration principles and integration solutions
Deep understanding of public cloud technologies (Azure as GCP primary, AWS also relevant)
Experience of working with CI/CD practices, DevOps process and automation
Strong agile mindset, skilled in planning, and follow ups with cross functional teams
Ability "to get it done" at scale while at the same time ensuring a fun, inclusive and healthy environment
