BRUNO Product Manager HAI and Blood culture in the field of Clinical Microbiology
(BRUNO = Benelux, Royaume Uni (UK), NO (Nordic Countries)
You will have comprehensive responsibility of the Product range in charge, through strategic as well as operational Marketing activities and for the Sales budget. You also have responsibility within product range for an adequate market mix adaptation of our products to customers in the medical field. This possesses a high social skill of mixed cultures and flexibility to travel when needed.
You are a link between our internal organization and the Northen Europe organization. You keep our Nordic infrastructure updated with the latest information in development of Marketing plans, control of costs, revenues and profitability for the relative areas.
You are also responsible for the implementation of product-prices, forecast, operational Marketing activities, designing marketing offers, Identify and target Marketing segment/customer categories.
We are ISO 9001 certified and your work is done under our quality management system (QMS). You will report directly to the Northern Europe Marketing Manager in Belgium.
It is essential to have good knowledge in microbiology and work experience equivalent is creditable. You must be a problem solver that is capable of managing many projects simultaneously.
District: Mainly the Nordic Countries, Benelux, UK
Desirable background and characteristics:
• Documented work experience within Marketing and/or Product Management
• Knowledge in clinical microbiology, molecular biology and immunology are meritorious
• Work experience of Sales and negotiation skills / business minded
• High social skills as we are working with mixed cultures
• Ability to train customers on the application and use of bioMérieux equipment
• Ability to take initiative
• Experience of working with the MS Office
• Mastery of English in speech and writing, and holding the B driving license
