Product Manager Minetrucks large segment

Epiroc, a global leader in innovative mining equipment and technology, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Manager for Large Mine Trucks to join our dynamic team.

As the Global Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through competitive and innovative productivity solutions.

Your mission
Lead strategic initiatives and sustainable product development, ensuring competitive and innovative solutions for customers.

Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and develop market segmentation strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Drive the development of unique and differentiated products, addressing various customer demands and ensuring continuous innovation within the segment.

Collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives.

Provide valuable support to the sales organization, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of product offerings.

Conduct training sessions for the sales team, enhancing product knowledge and customer engagement skills.

Oversee localization projects, ensuring successful completion and positive impact on product performance.

Monitor product performance, conduct Product Knowledge (PK) follow-ups, and drive improvement initiatives to optimize customer satisfaction.

Your profile
You hold a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering, or you possess a relevant background and experience that showcases your expertise in the field.
We are looking for an individual who is not just qualified on paper but possesses a safety-first mentality and a collaborative approach.
You should be an exceptional presenter and public speaker, capable of building strong relationships and inspiring trust. Communication is your strong suit, with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills in English. Knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
Your ability to multitask without compromising quality, coupled with your excellent written and verbal communication skills, will set you apart.

Location and travel
This position is in Örebro, Sweden. An international business travels will be required.
