hela Sverige Join Kiona as Product Manager and drive innovation and real impact for customers in our Retail & Refrigeration segment In this strategic role, you'll shape the segment's future by combining AI, data, and sustainability to deliver smarter, energy-efficient solutions that help retailers and building owners reduce waste and optimize operations. You'll own the product roadmap across the SaaS lifecycle and use AI to validate concepts faster and enhance workflows.
About the role As Product Manager at Kiona, you play a key role in shaping and leading the development of services and features within our SaaS offering. You operate at the intersection of business, customer, and technology, turning insight into action and strategy into measurable results.
You'll own the product strategy for the segment, ensuring that identified customer needs and business opportunities are turned into scalable SaaS solutions and measurable impact. Together with other Product Managers and the development team, you'll ensure a unified strategy and turn insights into solutions that drive measurable business results.
Your main responsibilities Take full ownership of the SaaS product lifecycle from concept and product strategy to packaging, launch, and continuous optimization. You'll ensure our SaaS offering evolves into an even more professional, scalable, and value-driven solution, balancing short-term customer needs with long-term product vision.
Define and communicate the end-to-end product roadmap, from idea to launch and continuous improvement
Drive SaaS productification, ensuring that features and services are packaged and delivered as scalable, value-driven offerings
Identify and validate new service and product opportunities that create customer value
Leverage AI as a driver of smarter decisions, faster validation, and continuous innovation
Collaborate with the development team to turn strategy into effective solutions
Communicate roadmap progress and results across teams to ensure alignment and transparency
Track feature adoption, measure impact, and deliver measurable business outcomes
Work cross-functionally with tech, marketing, sales, and customer success
Own the product's business case and contribute to company growth and commercial success
Act as an ambassador for your product, both internally and externally
We're looking for someone who has
A university degree in engineering, business, informatics, or equivalent
Managing the full product lifecycle in a SaaS environment
Ability to drive product strategy from idea to delivery and measurable results
Prioritizing and making decisions based on customer insights and data
Strong communication skills and the ability to align stakeholders
Analytical strength and solid business acumen
Excellent collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Meriting experience
PropTech or Retail/Refrigeration domains
Using or exploring AI in product development processes
Scaling SaaS products across multiple markets
Understanding of system integrations with platforms or hardware
Monitoring and developing product business cases and commercial outcomes
