• Develops, secures approval of, and implements annual business plans which provide and analysis of the competitive environment and clearly define product positioning, key issue strategies and target audiences for assigned product(s)/product lines
• Manages all activities within the Company related to assigned products including the development of product marketing strategies, advertising, promotion
• Execute global product launch planning, including business objectives, product positioning and key selling messages
• Provide support materials required for modification or development for existing product lines
• Work with communications department to develop launch materials, product literature, advertisements and any other collateral material required to support sales and key marketing messages
• Develop product marketing bulletins on new and current products. Provide communication to sales team on market released products
• Conduct product overviews physicians, sales reps and nurses in the clinical environment or during plant visits
• Present product and marketing plans to internal and external customers
• Continuously improve product marketing effectiveness
• Recommends, initiates and participates in actions to achieve optimal brand competitiveness in packaging labeling, pricing, technical development, clinical research and production
Education and/or Experience
• University degree, 3-5 years experience from sales and marketing; preferably of medical devices
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects
• Very good knowledge in written and spoken English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Good ability to travel (30-50%)
• Demonstrated clinical & technical aptitude
