www.ittwww.comWe are looking to fill the position as Product Manager for mixers. The position is due to our current Product Manager being on paternity leave until July 2011. The responsibilities mentioned below may vary some depending on the applicant and the marketing departments focus during this time.
Main responsibilities
o Market the product assortment in cooperation with business segments
o Responsible for follow up of consolidated sales and margins
o Develop marketing material needed to promote the assortment.
o Assigner for product development based on product portfolio strategy
o Management of product portfolio
o Gather information about customer needs to secure continues product development
o Product training
o Product launches in cooperation with the segments
o Pricing
o Competitor product analysis
o Communication/cooperation with Operations- and K-department and R&D
Professional and Educational Background
o Education at academic level within Engineering
o Experience from marketing is a merit
o Good knowledge in English
o Knowledge and experience from the product range is valued
Personal characteristics
o High ability to prioritize and plan
o Results Orientated
o Self Motivated
o Have the ability to build long-term relationships
