On behalf of Jaguar Land Rover Sweden, we are looking for a Product Manager to join the team in Malmö. British Car Import (BC Sweden) is a fast growing company with many fantastic new products coming our way. Jaguar Land Rover is continually developing and introducing a wider model range and growing in sales volume. They are accelerating in 2017 and will be recruiting several positions. The office is located in Hyllie, where you will work in a nice environment with great colleagues.
THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
* Market and competitor analysis using JATO.
* Manage product calculations, technical specifications and prices.
* Manage translations and audits regarding product specifications.
* Manage product planning based on the models product life cycle.
* Prepare and coordinate product launches together with Marketing.
* Prepare marketing and activity plans together with Marketing.
* Prepare product and sales campaigns together with Sales.
* Contribute with product related input to brochures and other communication materials.
* Contribute to press materials and support the motor journalists with relevant product information.
* Support the dealers in product related issues.
THE JOB IN BRIEF
As our Product Manager you will be the "product guru" for the rest of the organization. You will be responsible for product management, from analyzing details, translations and calculating numbers to delivering tactical input on sales and marketing. In your role you will be cooperating with different stakeholders; management, sales, marketing, dealers, press etc. You will report to our Marketing Manager on site.
WHO ARE YOU?
You have experience of product management and you truly understand that product, marketing and sales are closely connected. You have a good business sense and understand that what we do as a general agent must create value for our dealers and contribute to new customers and business. You have an academic degree or other equivalent post-secondary education. We believe that you most likely have experience from the automotive industry and therefore a good understanding of its structures.
As a person you are communicative, engaged and professional. You are a strong team player who understands that good results are generated through cooperation. You are passionate about working with our products and you are dedicated to us succeeding with our activity plans, marketing and sales targets. It is also important that you have a thorough knowledge and experience of analytical work, and that you are structured and detail oriented. You have a strong drive and are able to work independently. A strong command of English and Swedish language skills is a must. You have extensive computer skills and you are an experienced and advanced user of Excel. We strongly believe that you have an enthusiasm for Jaguar Land Rover products and services.
