Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for Metry's Data Collection offer in all local as well as international markets and own what we collect and how we do it. You will be accountable for making this whole concept highly scalable and efficient, while making sure our wonderful customers get their energy data collected in a timely and efficient manner.
You will work with a team of smart and dedicated developers, including UX-experts, and make sure they have what they need to develop our data collection from any data source anywhere in the world. You will also be part of our awesome Product team (

As a Product Manager you will also work closely with a broad range of external and internal stakeholders for our products Utility/Cost Data, Submetering and Manual collection (
https://metry.io/en/data-sources/). This includes talking to our customers, submetering installers/manufacturers, utility providers, partners and other stakeholders in the ESG space (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Environmental,_social_and_corporate_governance) to ensure the product development is going in the right direction!
Some of your Tasks
• Road map: Plan, prioritize and decide what to develop next based on stakeholder input and feasibility studies to ensure we always build things that make sense in relation to our business plan.
• Stakeholder engagement: Speak with property owners, property managers, utility providers and sub-metering installers/manufactures and find out how we can improve and serve them better.
• Exploration: Explore new business opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest news from real estate, ESG and data - as well as keep an eye on emerging technologies.
• Leadership & tools: We at Metry value teamwork a lot, so supporting and motivating the team while offering them the best agile tools and methods is a key task to succeed!
We're looking for...
We believe you are a real people person who has the ability to motivate, encourage and coach your team to achieve their full potential. We think you are a team player with great communication skills, you know how to engage with stakeholders successfully with a business mindset.
You enjoy engaging with developers as much as customers and other stakeholders. You know how to communicate technical matters in terms of utility for the end-user. You work independently and take ownership of your work and goals. You think in terms of efficiency and automation and are willing to explore and come up with proactive improvements. And you know how to not overcomplicate things.
And it doesn't harm if you already have some experience or knowledge on energy efficiency products, data collection or have a network in the energy or real-estate sector. We also highly value machine learning knowledge!
Requirements
• A commercial or technical University degree.
• Around 3-5 years of proven work experience as a product owner for back-end heavy products
• Fluent Swedish and English language skills.
• Nice-to-have: Experience form collecting large volumes of data, machine learning and working with stakeholders like property owners, sub-metering installers and utility providers
