Product Manager Energy Audits
The Telecom operators are increasingly focusing on reducing the energy consumption, emissions and operating costs. As a supplier of most of the energy converting equipment that go into a telecom site, Emerson is uniquely positioned to provide supporting services in this area. In order to enhance our offering, we are looking for a Product Manager for the new Service area Energy Audits, responsible for audits focused on energy savings and/or optimizing site performance. The role is for the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa) and the position is located in Stockholm, Sweden.
Job description
As a Product Manager you will define the new Service product area of Energy Audits. You will have the responsibility for the marketing side including product definition, product packaging, pricing, producing sales promotion material, sales training and support including necessary tools. You will also be responsible for the execution of the new services which includes creating processes for the generation of the service deliverables and setting up technical training programs for project members. In key customer projects you will most probably work as a project manager or team member in order to secure the deliverables. As you are working with customers across EMEA, the position will require travel.
Qualifications
We believe you have a qualified working experience with cooling and power equipment such as DC power, batteries, UPS and transfer switches. We will look favourably upon experiences within site audits and/or energy efficiency related issues, preferable with experience from cooling equipments as this is the area that generally offers the biggest energy savings opportunities. You enjoy being more of a technical generalist with a good commercial understanding and interest rather than a technical specialist. You enjoy interacting with other people and your communication skills are on top. We believe you have a Master of Science degree or similar and you speak and write English fluently.
