12+ years of Information Technology experience
7-8 + years of Product Management / eCommerce Consultant experience for large projects.
4-5+ years strong experience with high volume hybris B2B eCommerce systems.
In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
Working knowledge of product development architecture
Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Understand business need with any new feature development, access the value it will create, and guide/help business with new process.
Should understand the business value chain and user various analytics tools and reports available to guide and build the business backlog and roadmap.
Should be familiar with various prioritization techniques like WSJF, cost of delay, priority poker, etc. to effectively guide the development team to build capabilities which create higher value for users and customers.
Help business with adaption of the new digital solutions/functionalities.
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Liaison between development and testing team.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
Excellent communication and client interaction skills
Responsibilities:
Work closely with business and IT and implement business roadmap.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
Communicate the requirements to Project team.
Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
