About the job
We are hiring Product Managers within the following three areas:
Product Manager for Merchant Admin
Merchant Admin is where our commercial clients log in and administrates their payments, do payment search, retrieve reports and administer their contact information among other back-office administration.
Product Manager for Consumer Portal/App
The Consumer Portal is where Private individuals log in and administrate their invoices, credits and credit card transactions made with companies using Swedbank Pay's solutions.
Product Manager Credit / Pay Later
The Product Manager Credit will be responsible for the payment method where private individuals are offered to pay later, or split payments based on a onetime credit or a credit line with Swedbank Pay.
Mutual for all product managers roles are to bring our eCommerce services to the next level with the aim to serve each purchase individually based on its unique prerequisites. Your guiding principles will be consumer satisfaction before, during and after purchase, and ultimate support of merchant business' needs.
Your purpose will be to translate that aim into high conversion rates and maximized business value for the merchant. You will work closely with architects and development teams, data scientists, compliance specialists, sales and customer operations to understand and meet consumer, and merchant needs with a sound and holistic approach.
You will together take advantage of Swedbank Pay's unique capabilities and build a superior and market leading ecosystem for unified commerce. You will also work closely with other product mangers of related products such as Checkout and Payment Methods. The team of PMs will consist of approximately 10 individuals in total.
You will be encouraged to experiment with different approaches and conclude on new product development by testing, verifying and sharing results.
The successful and unique candidate will work at the epicentre of Swedbank Pay Commerce and succeeding in this role will heavily impact our product competitiveness as well as shaping the future of payments and shopping experience in general.
Some of your responsibilities;
• Drive product strategy and in collaboration with other product managers deliver on Swedbank Pay unified commerce strategy in an omni channel environment
• Maintain a roadmap that is aligned with overall product and company strategy
• Market and competitor analysis
• Collaborate closely with different functions to drive product development and innovation based on shared insights, upcoming rules, regulations and business standards
Skills required to succeed
• Strong ability to identify important peers within the organization as well as partners or customers and establish productive relationships that are team work oriented
• Passionate about usability and truly improving experience of users. Have the ability and desire to combine tech and market development to achieve consumer satisfaction.
• Natural ability to find a clear path and strategy for achieving overall goals in a multidimensional environment with many possibilities and make priorities
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, presenting efficiently and accurately to different audiences.
• Fluent in English and preferable one other Nordic language.
• Strong analytic ability and process navigation e.g. exploring, modelling, validating, visualizing and communicating.
You may already have
We expect the following background from you
• At least 3years of product management work experience.
• Proven track record of developing innovative IT-services that meet market needs successfully
• Well experienced in scrum and agile product management and development
• Experience of Credit/Pay Later payment solutions
• eCommerce experience
• Fintech experience
