hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Embark Studios AB i Stockholm As a Product Manager / Director within the development team at Embark you will be a game maker, co-creating and executing roadmaps and goals within a live game environment. You will look after the business health of the game and use insights and data to form strategies to implement and improve our business.
You have a passion for removing obstacles, solving problems and making sure things get done!
You know that experimenting is a gamble. But you have a knack for choosing the smartest route, and you know when it's time to declare success or failure. You make sure to balance meaningful innovation with executing best practices.
You have great insight into what makes free to play games tick, and understand the delicate balance between players, developers and the business needs. You are also a natural leader and can easily translate complex business goals and challenges into tangible and actionable items for the whole team to rally around.
Example of responsibilities
• Accountable for managing and improving the business health of the title day to day and month to month.
• Defining strategies for reaching established business goals and improving the performance potential of new content and features - in development and live.
• Performing data analysis to form hypotheses on issues and opportunities that inform product & publishing priorities and plans.
• Working closely with the EP and other stakeholders in translating business strategies to product requirements.
• Working closely with the key stakeholders in setting KPI/business goals and doing business performance reporting.
We would love if you have
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in setting up and running free to play games.
• Experience from agile development methods in a cross-functional team environment, preferably from a variation of settings.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• An organized, detail oriented and self-motivated personality.
• A pragmatic mindset and ability to motivate individuals and teams.
• Analytical and used to work with large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data.
• Experience in user segmentation and in applying motivational frameworks.
• Experience as Producer / Project Manager roles in games development is a plus.
• Background in economics or statistics is helpful.
