We are expanding our team and looking for a commercial Product Manager for our Digital Solutions in our Retail Technology team at ITAB Shop Products AB.
About the Role
In this role, you will ensure that ITAB has an attractive product portfolio with good profitability over time. You act with the market's needs in focus. You will call upon your product knowledge and market insights to guide decisions related to new products and/or investments suitable for our strategy and segments.
You will play a key role in developing the solution range and ensuring effective collaboration with sales, R&D, production, and sourcing, as well as with suppliers and external partners. You will also be responsible for the collaboration with few selected strategic partners.
You will work with a wide variety of tasks as Product Manager, including marketing communication, product innovation and development, price strategy, product evaluation and technical development. Tracking and analysing your portfolio's financial performance is also a natural part of your daily work.
Personal Profile
To be successful in this role as Product Manager, you need to have several years of experience from similar positions. For example, maybe you work as a product owner or portfolio manager in a larger company today. International experience and a good technical understanding are a requirement. Experience working with both software and hardware as well as cloud services delivered as SaaS is a merit.
Furthermore, you are business results- and development oriented. You have a proven record of collaborating and creating value through your actions as a leader. You have a curious, positive, and creative personality and you enjoy a changing, dynamic culture. Finally, you are good communicator and comfortable expressing yourself in English (written and verbal), additional languages are a merit.
You will be placed at the headquarters in Jönköping, Sweden or in any of our local offices in Europe and report to the Head of Commercial - Retail Technology. Travel, both national and international, will be required to both customers as well as our local sales offices, primarily in Europe.
