Global Marketing & Product Management (M&PM) defines the core category strategies, market share targets and promotional investment levels as well as product strategies. The team also defines product cost leadership targets to secure competitiveness and prioritizes development & improvements activities. The team is also securing product profitability through product lifecycle management.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden. The position requires approx. 15-25 % travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Drive strategy implementation, creation of Digital Products and Solutions portfolio and drive business in the area of Digitalization and Value Chain Integration
• Drive Product and Solution Roadmap development and support business development and deployment
• Support central R&D teams and Market Companies
• Drive Sales and Marketing material development
• Engage in customer visits and exhibitions

Qualifications
You will be required to network both within and outside Tetra Pak to secure alignment of all activities. You are custom to drive change management and have the ability to exercise informal authority.
You are a self-motivated person with strong result orientation. You pay attention to details, balanced with a strong adaptability to see the larger context.
We believe you have several years of industrial working experience and are used to stakeholder management in a large global organization. It's a qualification if you have strong technical knowledge from IT/Cloud/Data Management/IoT/Big Data/Industry 4.0 field and knowledge in business model creation and deployment
Your educational background is a M.Sc. degree or similar.
You have excellent communications skills. You know how to make people connect to your message. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
