We are looking for someone that can lead, synchronize and support our teams to deliver on time, with quality to a customer that will be super happy! Is it you?
We are looking for a Product Manager with delivery focus for our Agile Release Train. We are 80 engineers that together develop and maintain our Computational ECU HW, Communication Technologies & 24V Power Management solutions for trucks. Our set-up today is 7 scrum teams, located in Gothenburg and Bangalore.
Position Description:
You will secure that our agile train delivers products with a business and customer focus, on time and with excellent quality, safety and security.
We are working in a scaled agile set-up and are in the middle of the transition from projects to product streams. Therefor experience from agile ways of working is a huge advantage. In the new set-up we will not have a project manager per intro date, instead we will have You leading us to deliver our technology solutions to all production starts.
You will:
Always know our scope and expected deliveries
Secure that our deliveries are synchronized with other trains, that we get what is needed from others and that we are not stopping someone else
Follow the progress of each team and take action when needed
Take lead in prioritization when needed
Together with the line managers lead our big room planning exercises every 10th week
Together with the teams arrange demos after each sprint, and with the complete train arrange a system demo every 10th week
Provide open and transparent communication to stakeholders, they shall always know what we will deliver and when
Coordinate with other streams and our teams to manage dependencies between us
Ensure the quality of the product delivered by setting a clear Definition of Done together with the teams according to agreed architectural guidelines and policies
And, most important, solve problems and remove roadblocks for our engineers
Competence Required
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience as project manager or product manager with delivery focus
Degree in electronics, data or similar
Familiar with agile frameworks, methods and tools
Personal Profile
