We are recruiting for a Product Manager Connected Care Clinical with a dedicated focus on the In-clinic Care category of our Connected Care portfolio of solutions to join in our Gothenburg, Sweden location (global head office for our Acoustics business unit).
The In-clinic Care category consists of desktop applications and cloud services used by professionals in their provision of care for our Baha® and Osia® recipients.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for managing the definition, development, launch and maintenance of our Connected Care products and services throughout their complete lifecycle. You will be involved and cooperate with colleagues and clinics globally.
This role reports to the Director of Acoustics Connected Care.
Why is this role right for you?
You have experience at a marketing or product development level either in a health technology or software product/service environment, with regional/global responsibilities.
A proven understanding of the hearing health market and ideally 2+ years' experience as an audiologist, or equivalent role in a hearing care clinic
You are passionate about identifying and developing customer and business needs, and an ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
You feel comfortable in briefing and collaborating with both software developers and UX, with an appreciation for following necessary processes required in a regulated industry.
You are outcome-focused and self-motivated, with a high stakeholder engagement capability and enjoy working in a matrixed organization.
You have high-level written and communication skills in English
