To further improve our market position as the Smart Energy Enabler in the evolving energy landscape, Vattenfall will be even more customer centric. To reflect this, Business Division Distribution and Sales has initiated a new organisation with two sales and marketing units, Business and Consumer Sales, bringing all our offerings to our customers. The organisation will also have one product unit, Products & Solutions, developing and managing own and partner solutions, as well as several operational units with deep expertise in specialised areas, and have centralised staff functions.
One department of Products & Solutions is Product Management Business, which has a sub unit Product Management Services. This sub unit is a.o. responsible for all net margin contributions on B2B services, development and implementation of all product line extensions for Business customers on services and billing, delivery of non-standard services and billing solutions to Business customers and advising them on their energy efficiency strategy, including CO2 foot print reduction and possible investments in sustainable production.
In Product Management Services we are looking for a Product Manager Billing.
Main Tasks and responsibilities
• Develop and implement Billing services for Business customers with all necessary approvals;
• Provide non-standard Billing contracts with all necessary approvals;
• Set floor price 2 to ensure cost to sell and -serve;
• Set recommended average margin lines to ensure product business plan and business case;
• Act as thé expert towards Business customers in Nordic (Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Norway) on billing solutions that Vattenfall can offer;
• Support Sales with stimulating campaigns;
• Give product trainings to Sales.
Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of billing solutions, including market- and regulatory developments;
• Product development and product management skills;
• Commercial skills;
• Project management skills;
• Financial and analytical skills;
• High level of English communication skills;
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with billing products and processes;
• Education level equivalent to a MBA or master of Business administration.
