We are looking for a Global Product Manager for Automation & Information Solutions focusing on Automation in the Global Marketing & Product Management team. Global M&PM defines the core category strategies, market share targets and promotional investment levels as well as product strategies. The team also defines product cost leadership targets to secure competitiveness and prioritizes development & improvements activities. The team is also securing product profitability through product lifecycle management.
You will be required to network both within and outside Tetra Pak to secure alignment of all activities. You will be able to make the most of your knowledge and professional skills with an aim to grow into a future management role in the company.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden. The position requires approx. 15-25 % travelling.
Main responsibilities
• Drive Product Roadmap development
• Drive strategy implementation
• Adapt, define and develop Tetra Pak product offerings within the area of Automation & Information Solutions
• Drive Automation & Information Solutions product development teams together with the requirement management team, using agile / SAFe methodology
• Support central R&D teams as well as Market Companies
• Drive product portfolio deployment in all markets
• Drive Sales and Marketing material development
• Engage in customer visits and exhibitions
Qualifications
The professional skills needed in this role are comprehensive knowledge of product management, strategic product marketing and business development experience. You are custom to drive change management and have the ability to exercise informal authority.
Your educational background is a M.Sc. degree or similar. We believe you have several years of industrial working experience and are used to stakeholder management in a large global organization.
It's meritorious if you have technical knowledge technical knowledge from Automation (MIS/MES, PLC, HMI, Industrial Ethernet) and possibly also from IT/Cloud/Data Management/IoT/Big Data/Industry 4.0 field
You are a self-motivated person with strong result orientation. The ability to pay attention to details, balanced with a strong adaptability to see the larger context is a success factor. You possess excellent communications skills and know how to make people connect to your message. Furthermore, you have an ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
