hela Sverige We are now strengthening our product manager team and looking for a Product Manager ready to take on the challenge of further developing our Automation product portfolio.
As Product Manager within this area, you will safeguard that we have the right offering for our customer base. You will also be responsible for creating a sustainable Automation roadmap for the future for Mining, Construction and Quarry industry.
To be successful in this role as Product Manager, you have demonstrated a strong ability to create trustworthy relationships with all your stakeholders, and you are a recognized as a professional and competent partner with a structured and transparent way of working. You are able to develop a good understanding of the market requirements, and implement appropriate solutions, long and short term. You are able to communicate in an efficient way and establish teamwork and cooperation with different parts of the organization and in a multi-cultural environment. You are customer focused and goal oriented with a strong personal drive and ability to work under pressure.
Experience requirements
A minimum of 3 years in sales, service and/or R&D engineering experience in this responsibility area.
Experience with our machine control systems for construction and/or mining industry customers.
Experience with machine automation and GPS positioning systems is considered a plus.
Experience from product marketing and project management considered a plus.
Good management of IT tools and systems.
Educational requirements
A University degree in a relevant field, or similar through experience and a very good command of the English language.
You must be prepared to travel some 50 - 75 days/year.
