Your role

As Product Manager - Surgery you have a strategically and operationally key role in our organisation. Your work has an international profile, and you work in close collaboration with the sales organisations on everything from market strategies to joint customer visits. As Product Manager you have the ultimate responsibility for the contact with suppliers, and you are responsible for Mediplast's product range and pricing as well as supporting the sales organisation with training and marketing activities. Together with the QA/RA team, you are responsible for the regulatory work concerning the products, including technical product documentation and registration in accordance with the quality system. You also have a natural role to play in the procurement process, as the majority of Mediplast's sales take place via public procurement involving healthcare providers. At Mediplast, you have the opportunity to impose your own style and personality on the role.

Who are you?

You are a person who is passionate about business and who enjoys making complex solutions simple for our customers.

You have relevant experience for the role, ideally as a Product Manager, Key Account Manager or some other such commercial profile within the Medtech field. Previous experience of the area of Surgery is viewed as a merit. You are driven by a desire to contribute your knowledge to our customers and sales organisation, and to use your knowledge and experience to tailor ideal solutions for these groups. To succeed in this role it is important that you are business- and results-oriented in your approach.

As a person, you are good at building relationships, and you enjoy working as part of a team but also thrive on the challenge of having your own responsibilities and managing projects independently. You are fluent in spoken and written English. Planned travel is part of the role.
