Join us as Product Manager - Aftermarket and be part of shaping the future of Epiroc's global service and parts offering. In this role, your insights and ideas help transform customer needs into aftermarket solutions that strengthen fleet performance and create long-term value.

Your Mission
As Product Manager - Aftermarket for Epiroc's Exploration business, your mission is to guide and continuously develop a diverse aftermarket portfolio spanning parts, service kits, rebuilds, and digital offerings.

This role offers the opportunity to influence product roadmaps, define value propositions, and support go-to-market activities while working closely with Customer Centers and cross-functional teams.

Customer requirements and business strategy are turned into competitive, value-creating solutions that enhance fleet productivity and support our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of their equipment.
By understanding challenges around availability, reliability, and total cost of ownership, insights are transformed into offerings that strengthen performance and customer satisfaction.

Both global and regional markets benefit from your support in pricing structures, warranty frameworks, service programs, and performance analysis.

Collaboration with engineering, production, supply chain, logistics, and digital teams ensures aftermarket readiness and integrates customer perspectives early in product development.

The position also plays an active role in forecasting, demand planning, revenue and margin development, and key KPIs such as parts availability and service performance.

Another exciting aspect is contributing to the integration of digital solutions - from connected services and e-commerce platforms to predictive analytics and data-driven service planning - continuously improving processes, offerings, and the overall customer experience.

Your Profile
You bring at least five years of experience in product management, service, or aftermarket roles within mining, drilling, or heavy industrial equipment.
A strong understanding of product lifecycles, customer value creation, and aftermarket business models enables you to feel comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and structured analysis.
Working in a collaborative and international environment energizes you.
You enjoy partnering with colleagues from different functions and cultures, and you naturally bring a customer-centred mindset to your work.
Curiosity for digital solutions and a motivation to develop modern service offerings that make a meaningful impact on fleet performance are key strengths you bring to the role.
An openness to international travel is important, as close cooperation with Customer Centers and teams across the globe is part of your daily work.
