As Product Manager you will set the plans for our future, both for new and existing products as well as future capabilities.
You will be part of the products entire life cycle to secure long-term commercially successful products making sound business-oriented decisions.
The Product Management function is under development anticipating Your active contribution shaping and developing our ways of working.
Typical work tasks in this role:

In cooperation with business development find and form business opportunities in accordance with our strengths.

Analyze business opportunities in relation to our capabilities to judge our competitiveness.

Prepare and anchor plans and decision basis together with subject experts and other stakeholders.

Coordination with internal and external partners and stakeholders so we are all aligned.
*
Identify and lead tasks and investigations.
*
Judge and guide in decisions throughout the organization and projects to secure long-term profitable products.
Your profile
We are looking for a business oriented Product Manager with product management or business development experience. You are a skilled communicator using a broad network of contacts of many organizations, professions and expertise areas.
You strive to identify possibilities & challenges and you act on them.
You are well organized and able to lead teams of different expertise areas.
The technical complexity of our products demands a technical background and the interest to understand our technical challenges ahead in order to actively participate in discussions make decisions. If needed we will tailor a aircraft modification rotation program within our organization to get you up to speed on our products, capabilities and the organization.
What you will be part of
Airborne ISR, Business Unit within Support and Services, focuses on the redesign, modification, verification and support of the special mission aircraft. We are now in an intensive phase with several aircraft delivery projects ongoing and extensive marketing activities for future business.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
