hela Sverige We are now looking for a new Product Manager Accessories to join our Accessories, services & fleet - Business Unit at Renault Nordic.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a challenging, exiting and fast moving industry within an international and multicultural team with daily contacts with French headquarter, Swedish & Danish local teams. This is a full time position with starting date as soon as possible. The position is based in our office in Kista.
As Product Manager Accessories you will be responsible for the entire accessories products portfolio for both personal cars & light transport vehicles of both Renault and Dacia brands. Geographically, you will be leading projects in both Swedish and Danish markets (handling countries specificities regarding rules, regulation and taxation system while creating campaign and pricing).
Your responsibilities:
• Drive existing product range
• Manage the product portfolio with focus on competitiveness, pricing, competitor benchmark and product support.
• Reach sales and contribution targets of accessories for the brands of Renault and Dacia in the Nordic countries.
• Develop new product to be added in the range / Develop product opportunities
• Forecast sales volumes to local warehouse / headquarters.
• Follow up sales performance.
• Define and manage the yearly budget allocated to activities and communication in coordination with finance.
• Define, develop and secure the implementation of planned commercial campaigns.
• Work on market share improvement, dealer dispersion analysis and focus on maximizing the potential of product penetration.
• Have a degree in industrial engineering, sales / marketing or 2-5 years' experience from working in related fields.
• A previous experience within product management in automotive industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Have good overall competence in Microsoft office
• Fluent in Swedish and English (both verbal and written), knowledge in Danish and French will be perceived as a competitive advantage.
To be successful in this position it's essential for us that you are business oriented to develop new product / update existing packages. We are looking as well for an autonomous, driven and pro-active team member able to prioritize efficiently and have an analytic sense and eye for details.
Team wise, we are looking for a real team player as you will work in pair closely with our current Business Manager. You will work narrowly as well with our spare parts warehouse in order to secure good level of stocks etc. Finally, a tight collaboration with our zone managers (all around the countries) and local's teams in Denmark to follow market trends and campaign feedbacks will be highly requested.
