What you will be a part of
Support and Services, a business area of Saab, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defence and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle. You will be a part of the department Public Safety where we develop management systems within the civil security area. The systems are used to streamline, monitor and protect critical flows and operations, which places very high demands on system security and availability.We develop systems for ambulances, emergency services, airports, prisons, CIT etc. We are developing systems which are critical for the business of our customers so the focus is on performance, reliability and configurability. We work closely with our customers and are driven by strong customer and user focus. Agile methods are a given way of working and we aim to constantly develop and work with the latest technology.
Your role
We are now looking for a Product Manager to strengthen the Public Safety Management Team.Your responsibility:
Setting Product Vision and Strategy together with our Marketing and Sales department
Define features and requirements necessary to deliver a complete product to market
Manage Product backlog, decide and prioritize features that should be included in the Product
Plan Product Releases
Stakeholder Management
Could include line management for approx. 5 solution architects
Your skills and experience
Experience in product management
Experience in writing epics and user stories
Experience working in an agile environment and with iterative development
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong client-facing skills
Interest in add-on-sales
