To further increase the focus on Key components and Parts, we are now looking for a product manager responsible for Rock Drills, Rotation units and related spare parts. As Product Manager Rock drills and Spare parts, it is your overall mission to develop and launch products towards the Customer Centers with focus on customer value as the main driver while reaching agreed targets on revenue, customer share and profitability. Our ambition is to have 90% customer share on rock drill and other key parts and this will be an important part of the mission for this role

Specific tasks and responsibilities
Increase customer share, revenue and profitability within given product area responsibility
Define market requirements, product mapping, new products, additions and changes based on market analysis. Establishing go-to-market strategies, product positioning and sales strategies;
Phase out strategy of products when no longer deemed profitable or strategic.
Ensures all new products developed are profitable or strategic by steering product development with guidelines and/or technical specifications
Safeguard that all products have sufficient marketing material, develop marketing campaigns and follow up on the same
Provides market input and forecasts towards other stakeholders
Ensures all other departments have required marketing guidelines and strategies for them to do their daily tasks
Strategically safeguard alignment between MRS product development plans and Capital Divisions MR overall marketing strategy
Create product roadmaps, including: business case, ROI analysis, responsible for leading the interactions between the Product Management and Engineering teams regarding product roadmaps, product plans and new product introductions;
Facilitate the product life cycle management process by establishing credibility, interacting and communicating with the other cross-functional teams involved in the product development process.

This position requires international travelling

Knowledge and Experience requirements
University degree in relevant field or similar through experience. Strong command in English. Customer Center experience and marketing and sales experience is a definite asset. Proven track record of growing business in a profitable way
Personality requirements
Results-oriented. Self-motivated and independent. Creative with ability to think outside the box. Very good communication and motivational skills (to be successful in this role, you must achieve results through good cooperation with others). A structured way of working is vital. A strong interest in working in an international and multicultural environment
